Whare-house renovated as Fab Lab in Poblenou

Industrial building of 1400m2 located in Poblenou realized by an internationally renowned architect. It is a place out of time and the excitement of Barcelona and a great discretion. This Fab Lab combines the original elements with state-of-the-art technology. A footbridge allows to reach an office surface. The second floor a done up and equipped kitchen, lounges-dining room inside and outside, various small lounges, corner music and TV. In contrast, a gym with jacuzzi, walkways and perspectives on the other floors, courtesy toilet. Meeting, reception or activity areas as needed. Automated solar protection systems, floor-to-ceiling windows, lighting, natural ventilation and air conditioning systems, automatic watering and a care of technical and functional details make the place very pleasant. The basement, base of the structure was isolated from the water table because of the sea level. This allows to park four cars and workshops and important storage areas, cellar and machinery. Fire doors and double security doors on the outside ramp. Close to the Poblenou beach, the Olympic Port and the Rambla de Poble Nou for local life with its cafes on the terrace and its market. Access to the Ronda Littoral is fast and allows to connect with the airport quickly.
