New development Pointe d'Esny

This integrated project, located in the southeast of Mauritius, borders one of the country's most beautiful lagoons. The 168-acre Village is centered around a 30-acre \"green lung\" and offers more than 500 residential units as well as an Aparthotel, marketed to both Mauritians and foreigners. This is the first real estate project in the country to be developed around natural ponds that will be preserved, restored, and enhanced. Residential units include serviced plots (sold to Mauritian citizens) and villas and duplexes (available to both Mauritian and international buyers). The Village also features commercial spaces and other amenities, such as a kindergarten, primary school, sports center, convenience store, restaurants and cafés, an open-air promenade, and an exclusive beach club with sea access. The Blue Bay Marine Park offers exceptional diving with unparalleled marine biodiversity. In fact, the Village thrives in a region where nature’s splendor remains untouched, with parks, forests, natural ponds, sea, and mountains creating a stunning backdrop for this authentic lifestyle.
