Oceanview Torba Residences is designed with consideration for the characteristic forms and spatial arrangements of Bodrum. The project site’s proximity to the sea allows for spaces to be positioned in a way that establishes a meaningful connection with the sea. Pathways within the design area create cohesive mass relationships, while modern facade movements and functional spatial organizations are holistically incorporated into the project. The location and its proximity to the blue waters effectively bring the essence of the sea into the spaces.

The project comprises four separate detached villas and one block containing five independent units. In total, this project consists of five blocks and nine independent units, seamlessly integrated with a rich landscape texture.

VILLAS
The villas are designed as 2+1 units. There are four villas, each featuring two bedrooms, a master bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a general bathroom + WC.

APARTMENTS
This block includes three duplex apartments and two single-level apartments.

DUPLEX APARTMENTS
The duplex apartments span two floors, including a basement level. Two of the duplex apartments are designed as 4+1 units, while the third duplex apartment is a 2+1 unit.

TOP FLOOR APARTMENTS
On the top floor, there are two 3+1 apartments.

This project integrates seamlessly with the blue sea and is centrally located. Horizontal circulations in the design area balance the density and void ratios within the parcel. Considering the climate and geography, this project offers comfortable, peaceful, modern, and luxurious living spaces.
