MARKET INSIGHTS
In Grimaud, the scarcity of exceptional properties is keeping the market under pressure. Thanks to a wealth of top-of-the-range properties on offer, 2024 has a dynamic balance sheet. While the post-Covid phase saw a 30% jump in prices, the average budget for a flat is currently between €4,500 per sqm and €13,057 per sqm. A house in the heart of the village costs between €11,000 per sqm and €12,000 per sqm, while a villa costs up to 21,000 per sqm for a villa with panoramic views. Waterfront properties fetch up to €30,000 per sqm. Among the most sought-after neighbourhoods are Beauvallon Bartole, Mar Clare and Port Grimaud, the seafront extension of the village. Building on their success, these areas are currently undergoing a number of transformations that should further enhance the value of local real estate in the months and years to come.
