Renovated throughout in 2022, the Villa VOYAGE boasts a fabulous panoramic view of the hills of Colombier, the ocean, the neighboring islands and Gustavia harbour. Voyage is located in a private subdivision away from the road, thereby guaranteeing peace and quiet while barely 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, the airport, shops and Gustavia. On the upper floor, the open-space kitchen, separated from the living room by a bar, provides a magnificent air-conditioned day area. Large picture windows help make the most of the panoramic view, opening onto a huge covered terrace housing a table for 12 guests, a lounge and a relaxation area. In the distance, small planes about to land add a little movement to the landscape before disappearing behind the hill that hides the airport from view. The fifth bedroom is in a self-contained bungalow with a kitchenette and terrace, again with a spectacular view. With direct access to the parking lot, the bungalow provides the intimacy a couple of friends will be looking for. Foosball table, a ping-pong table and a cozy corner lounge with refrigerator are at your disposal in the sheltered section of the terrace. Designed to hold 6 people, the ultra-modern hot-tub stands alongside the pool. At the day's end, the play on light reveals the full beauty of the pool and colors the hot-tub while the glow from the setting sun shimmers in the sky of Gustavia.
