Situated five minutes from the historic village of Entrecasteaux and its 12th-century château, halfway between the famous Provencal villages of Lorgues and Cotignac, and 40 minutes from the Mediterranean coast, this authentic property is set in almost 3 hectares of wooded, terraced land. On the south side of the house, there are lots of places to relax and unwind. Modern features such as a tennis court, petanque court, fibre optic cables, garage, automatic watering system, double glazing and outdoor parking complete the ensemble, while retaining its Provencal soul. Its proximity to picturesque, lively villages is a privilege, as is its rapid access to many Provencal sites: Gorge de Verdon (40 min), Saint-Tropez (50 min), numerous Châteaux and wine estates, beaches (40 min) and ski resorts (2 h). Les Arcs TGV station is 30 minutes away, Nice airport is just over 1 hour, and the motorway is around 30 minutes away.
