A bit further on, a guardian's house of around 55 m², now houses a cosy 3-room flat that includes a small kitchen opening onto a living room with a fireplace and two bedrooms with shower room, as well as a studio of around 35 m². The covered terrace, built of local stone, overlooks a large 12x6 m swimming pool overhanging a restanque, with a wide tiled beach, and below is a pool house with barbecue and summer kitchen so you can enjoy the pool and the garden to the full. On the south side of the house, there are lots of places to relax and unwind. Modern features such as a tennis court, petanque court, fibre optic cables, garage, automatic watering system, double glazing and outdoor parking complete the ensemble, while retaining its Provencal soul. Its proximity to picturesque, lively villages is a privilege, as is its rapid access to many Provencal sites: Gorge de Verdon (40 min), Saint-Tropez (50 min), numerous Châteaux and wine estates, beaches (40 min) and ski resorts (2 h). Les Arcs TGV station is 30 minutes away, Nice airport is just over 1 hour, and the motorway is around 30 minutes away. The complex is ideal for a number of destinations: a family residence, rental or event activity.
