Many associate Ponte Milvio with worldliness, but not everyone knows that in this location there are architectural and art works of high value. In fact, one step away from the ancient bridge, Villa Brasini is located, also known as BRASINI CASTLE. I is an eclectic neo-baroque creation that takes its name from its architect: Armando Brasini. He was one of the best known and most active Italian architects between 1879 and 1965. His style tending towards baroque, deliberately anachronistic contrasts with those of Piacentini in contrast with straight and squared lines. The Villa is made up of two buildings: Villa Flaminia and Villa Augusta. The Penthouse differs from the particularity and architectural decorations of the other properties. The spaces are large and extremely bright. The sloping ceilings have exposed beams that have been painted white to achieve a modern effect. The apartment is very busy and the rooms are located on several floors, to accommodate the differences in heights of the floors of the rooms below. These floors can be reached either with a modern private elevator in glass and steel, for the exclusive use of the apartment, equipped with an access code, or by taking a private staircase, with exclusive entrance on the fifth floor of the building. The first room intended as a living room has a large glass wall that overlooks a terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the Montemario hill, the Olympic Stadium and the gigantic building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On this side of the villa, there are the three bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a guest bathroom. On the other sidem the other receptioin areas are located, including the large kitchen furnished with modern furniture. Furthermore, the apartment has a lowered space (1.80 m) in which the laundry room and other storage rooms are located. The bathrooms are covered in gray marble, the showers in white glass mosaic, the sinks supported by polished steel tables, like the heated towel rails. To complete everything there are the four terraces, some at the level of the rooms, as an immediate expansion of them, others on top of the roof, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking 360 degree view of Rome and the Tiber. On days of clear skies, the view reaches the Roman castles and the Terminillo mountains. Located in Via Flaminia, 10 minutes from the historic center such as Piazza del Popolo, Trinità dei Monti, Trevi Fountain and all the most sought-after destinations in Rome.
