Located about twenty kilometers from Marrakech on the Ourika road, this property offers a lush setting and stunning views of the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains. The 4-hectare landscaped and wooded plot includes a 5,000 m2 body of water followed by a decidedly modern 50-meter-long swimming pool. The main house blends perfectly into this green setting. The apparent simplicity of the volumes discreetly underlies the extreme sophistication of all technical devices (underfloor heating, reversible air conditioning, heated pool, etc.). The main building offers 2 bedrooms, one with its private pool, Moroccan-style bathrooms with a revisited tadelakt to match the modern aesthetic of the rest of the house, a spa, a cinema room, and various spaces to gather and share friendly moments. Attached to the main building, you will find different pavilions offering respectively, 4, 2, and 3 spacious and elegant suites. The climatic constraints did not hinder the architectural creativity and became the driving force behind this project. In an ecological process, the proximity of the South (hot) and North (cold) facades induced by the building's long and narrow shape provides it with natural conditioning by convection. This, combined with rigorous thermal insulation, significantly reduces unnecessary energy expenses while allowing large windows opening onto deep terraces.
