Paris 6ème, 2 Schlafzimmer - 117 m² Wohnung for rent

Located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building on rue de Rennes, this elegant 117 sqm flat offers a refined living environment in the heart of the 6ᵉ arrondissement of Paris. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 5 people in a bright and calm environment.

Recently renovated, the property captivates with its contemporary decor blended with the charm of the old: ceiling mouldings, generous volumes, herringbone parquet flooring and designer furniture. The large living room opens onto a top-of-the-range kitchen and dining area, and is complemented by a beautiful bathroom.

The area is one of the most sought-after in the capital: between Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Luxembourg Gardens and Montparnasse, rue de Rennes combines cultural life, quality shopping and excellent transport links. An ideal address for experiencing authentic, sophisticated Paris.
