UN MOMENT BARNES: A new living space dedicated to

the art de vivre in Mougins.

 

BARNES opened a new lifestyle space dedicated to the art de vivre in Mougins on July 9, 2024. Centered around the BARNES Mougins team, 'Un Moment BARNES' offers a friendly restaurant and experiences related to gastronomy and wine, as well as an art gallery, a bookstore, and a wine shop.

 

Founded nearly 30 years ago by Heidi Barnes and developed by Thibault de Saint Vincent, BARNES now aims for excellence for its clientele and works to promote the international influence of the French art de vivre.

 

'Un Moment BARNES' succeeds 'Un Moment chez Mémé,' a must-visit spot in the backcountry of Cannes, known for combining culture and gourmet delights, well known to the people of Mougins. BARNES sought to preserve the spirit of the place while enriching its offerings and bringing its own identity.

 

With 'Un Moment BARNES,' the group provides its clients with a lifestyle venue in Mougins dedicated to celebrating the art de vivre and the pleasures of food and wine. This new-generation real estate agency will offer a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant focused on sharing cuisine, led by Chef Thomas Letellier. The restaurant features a spacious shaded terrace overlooking a landscaped garden and also has a pétanque court.

 

The bookstore will offer a fine selection of books dedicated to the art de vivre: art & design, architecture, yachting, sailing, gastronomy, classic cars, horseback riding, golf, hunting—subjects dear to BARNES, celebrating all the passions of its prestigious clientele. Additionally, an art gallery will showcase emerging artists.

 

A wine shop will host BARNES Fine Wines, highlighting favorite bottles as a tribute to local terroirs and guiding clients in choosing the best vintages. Three private lounges will also be available for rent.

 

This multifunctional space dedicated to the art de vivre was designed by Didier Six, Director of Operations and interior architect Manon Mallac Koening, in a 'casual chic' style. With her solid experience in real estate and hospitality, Caroline Metout, the Director of BARNES Mougins, is delighted to welcome clients and visitors to this new space located in the heart of the Saint-Basile district in Mougins.

 

Through 'Un Moment BARNES,' Thibault de Saint Vincent, president, wishes to strengthen ties with his clients by giving them the opportunity to share convivial moments. He comments: 'We are delighted with this new step in the brand's development. Un Moment BARNES is a unique place for meetings, culture, discoveries, and exchanges.'
