Authentic Residence - Evia
An authentic residence of 1864, in the traditional coastal settlement of Limni in Evia, a few meters only from the harbor and the beach, overlooking the sea. It is the only stone three-storey building in the city, offering a basement and a total area of ??270sq.m. It preserves in its entirety its traditional architecture, with neoclassical elements and a symmetrical plan. It features high-ceilinged bright rooms with large openings with views. The floors, the ceilings and the two internal stairs are wooden and on the ground floor there is a nice decorated fireplace. It needs renovation and can be easily transformed into a modern and comfortable home. A unique property of particular architectural value in the beautiful coastal town of Limni.
