The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, offering maximum comfort and accommodation for 10 guests. Each bedroom is luxuriously furnished in the style of one of the icons of Las Vegas or symbols of the city, with its own bathroom and access to a terrace. Three of the bedrooms have access to a large sunny veranda with a wonderful panoramic view of Albena.

The living room on the ground floor is not just a room with tables and sofas. This is a true relaxation space, with a large plasma 3D TV and satellite channels, a home theater system and amazing lighting and decor. In the kitchen corner, designed entirely in a modern funky style, you have at your disposal: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric water kettle, sandwich maker, mixer and everything you need kitchen utensils and utensils. In front of the kitchen is a large dining table with 12 seats. The living room opens onto a truly impressive courtyard with pool, a great place to spend the day outdoors and very likely to be your favorite place in the villa. The space around the pool and the richly landscaped garden will provide you with plenty of space for sunbathing.

The villa is located in the village of Rogachevo, about 25 km north of Varna, known for its good and peaceful location between Albena and Kranevo - far enough from the noise of the resort and close enough to the beaches and dynamic life of the resort. Only 30 minutes by car separates you from the airport or the center of the city of Varna.

Balance payment: 6 weeks before arrival.
