Representative Villa in XII. District

Surrounded by a charming natural environment, it is located in one of the most popular parts of the 12th district. Few such representative historical Villas survived in Buda. The Normafa recreational area, the Elizabeth Lookout Tower or the long-established Szamos confectionery in Svábhegy are also just a few minutes away. The garden of the building is an age-old work of contemporary park architecture. It's garden is regularly tended and landscaped with beautiful rare ornamental plants. The building engineering underwent a complete renovation in 2016, and in 2018 the guard protection system was also replaced.
