Pyla-sur-Mer, Villa 5 Quartos - 240 m² para arrendar

BARNES Bassin d’Arcachon presents La Siesta, an architect-designed villa located in Pyla-sur-Mer, perched on the heights just five minutes’ walk from the beaches. Its exceptional setting offers panoramic views of the Bassin d’Arcachon, in a peaceful environment near Le Moulleau.

The living area is filled with natural light and opens generously onto the outside, overlooking the Basin through large picture windows. The lounge with fireplace provides a relaxing space facing the landscape, while the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, allows for cooking in an exceptional setting.

On the night side, the villa offers five bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a private terrace and sea view. A study, walk-in wardrobes, laundry room and bike storage complete the layout, ensuring a comfortable and well-organised stay.

Outdoors, the 14 × 4-metre heated saltwater pool, secured by an electric cover, is surrounded by wooden terraces and balconies with varied orientations. Each outdoor space has been designed to enjoy the sea view, the sun or more sheltered areas at different times of the day. The landscaped garden ties the property together harmoniously.

The villa enjoys a prime location close to cycling paths, the sailing club, shops, Le Moulleau and the beaches, all accessible on foot within five minutes.
