This exclusive villa boasts 9 bedrooms and is set on a large plot of land, with a living area that provides ample space for guests. Located in Porto Cervo, in an unparalleled position among granite rock sculptures and just above the famous Hotel Pitrizza, the villa is very close to the Cala di Volpe area. The distance from the sea is minimal, and the property features an extra-large pool that, along with the large windows, creates a seamless indoor-outdoor effect. The villa has been designed with a contemporary style by the architect who skillfully combined tradition and comfort, enhancing the granite rocks and Mediterranean garden with cutting-edge technology.
The villa is located on a 3000sqm plot of land, which has been cleverly exploited to create a visually striking property. With its 1000sqm of living space, the villa offers spaciousness and unparalleled comfort, in an environment of luxury and refinement.
The house is spread over various floors and is arranged around the pool, the beating heart of the entire property. Inside, it offers a large living and dining room, a fully equipped professional kitchen, and a Master Bedroom with a marble bathroom featuring a shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are also 3 suites with en-suite marble bathrooms and walk-in closets.
The lower floor features a cinema room with a stone fireplace and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment with a large wall screen. A fully equipped gym with changing room and shower overlooks the underwater pool. On the same floor, there are 3 more suites with en-suite marble bathrooms and walk-in closets, each with separate access from the outside and, if necessary, communicating from the inside. The villa can accommodate up to 18 people, offering single and double beds, private and shared bathrooms.
One of the peculiarities of the villa is its recent construction, which includes a sauna, a gym, and king-size beds. Next to the main unit, there is a guest house consisting of an apartment with a kitchen and living room, and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The landscaped garden, furnished verandas and terraces with sun loungers, sofas, and umbrellas, the large barbecue area with a granite rock table, the extra-large heated pool, the parking lots, the laundry area, and the service rooms complete this extraordinary property, which also offers Wi-Fi, international TV channels, and air conditioning.
