Anse des Cayes, Villa 7 Quartos para arrendar

Villa Les Lataniers sits at the very end of Anse des Cayes and has beautiful, panoramic views over the sea and the green hills.
Neo Caribean style, the spacious villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own design and bathroom, plus one staff or kids bedroom . The Master also has a Jacuzzi on the private balcony of the room with sea view. The living area is composed of the living room and the dining room, but they both are in different units. However, they can form one unit thanks to the large opening that connects them. The fully equipped kitchen is in a separate room but opens directly onto both the large terrace and the outdoor dining area. Moreover, from this room, we can admire the magnificent view offered by the Caribbean Sea. On the terrace, you will find the large, heated infinity pool and a dozen deckchairs for a successful moment of relaxation in the sun. On the first floor of this splendid villa, a gym and a spa are available.
2 housekeepers are at your disposal in the villa 7 days a week.
This property can be rented with the villa next door, Lo Scoglio, for a total capacity of 10 bedrooms.
