Empreendimento novo Lyon 1er

This is not a new construction.
It is a transmission.

On Quai Saint-Vincent, one of the most historic and confidential addresses on the Presqu’île, this complete rehabilitation program brings an old building back to life while integrating today’s technical standards and comfort, without altering its soul.

The project has been designed with precision and respect:

✔ preservation of the existing architectural character
✔ complete restructuring of the interior volumes
✔ integration of durable contemporary features
✔ optimization of spaces to suit modern lifestyles

The intimate condominium, composed of 9 units, offers a rare residential atmosphere in the heart of the city while securing long-term patrimonial value.

The program offers generous family residences with fluid layouts, conceived to combine elegance, functionality, and longevity. Spaces have been designed to adapt to evolving lifestyles: remote work, family life, entertaining, and flexible configurations.

From a technical perspective, the rehabilitation integrates clear and rational choices:
– collective heating system via heat pump with individual consumption tracking
– air conditioning
– fiber-optic internet
– optimized energy performance while respecting the historic structure

This program does not promise the exceptional.
It already is — through its address, its vision, and its sense of time.
