Isla de Ibiza, Villa 7 Quartos - 11 300 m² à venda

Set within 11,300 sq m of private woodland near Santa Gertrudis, this seven-bedroom villa combines sculptural architecture with a sense of complete seclusion.

Designed by Jaime Serra and Bruno Reymond, the home departs from traditional Ibicencan forms, favouring sweeping curves, double-height volumes and expansive glazing that draws the surrounding landscape inside. The main living space unfolds as one continuous volume, where polished concrete floors and clean lines are softened by natural light. Sliding doors extend the space onto the terrace, where a pergola-shaded dining area and 22-metre saltwater pool anchor outdoor living, with olive groves, orange trees and a tennis court set within the grounds.

The kitchen and dining areas mirror the home’s scale, with streamlined cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances and direct access outside for easy entertaining.

Seven bedroom suites are arranged for privacy and comfort. The principal suite opens onto a private terrace with distant sea views, while additional bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned across the property – one with its own heated pool, and two set apart as independent guest suites.
