Mur-de-Barrez, Castelo 10 Quartos - 550 m² à venda

Located on the Carladez plateau, between the Cantal volcanoes and the Lot valley, this 18th-century château is a rare gem surrounded by a 7000 m² wooded park. Built in 1776, it was a significant center of social and economic life in the area.

With 550 m² of living space over three levels, the ground floor includes a majestic hall, three large reception rooms, and an old kitchen with access to the cellars. The first floor offers two large bedrooms with fireplaces and five additional bedrooms. The second floor houses a vast, convertible attic, bathed in natural light thanks to a recently redone roof.

Additionally, the property includes a 150 m² barn and two pavilions surrounding an elegant courtyard.

The château requires significant work to be habitable: installation of heating, sanitary facilities, bathrooms, toilets, and insulation. This property represents a unique opportunity for heritage and history enthusiasts looking for an exceptional renovation project.
