The Omega European Masters is one of the most prestigious golf competitions on European soil. Located in Crans-Montana, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, the Crans-sur-Sierre Golf-Club is undoubtedly the most spectacular course on the European Tour calendar.
This internationally renowned golf competition, played on the same course for the 76th time in 2023, has seen players such as Spain's Severiano Ballesteros, José Maria Olazabal and Sergio Garcia, Scotland's Colin Montgomerie, South Africa's Ernie Els and Great Britain's Lee Westwood, Luke Donald and Matt Fitzpatrick win the coveted trophy.
The 2023 edition, from August 31 to September 3, saw Sweden's Ludvig Aberg take the trophy after a thrilling finish. Thanks to his 4 birdies on the last 5 holes, he snatched victory from Matt Fitzpatrick, the solid leader until the fifteenth hole!
BARNES Switzerland is a Gold Partner during the event, with a large box reserved for our VIP customers in the Matterhorn Village. In the Matterhorn Village, sponsors can entertain their guests in separate, fully-equipped lounges, in a high-quality environment. The Amadeus Distribution catering service offers guests a choice of selected menus, wine and beverages. This year, over 600 VIP guests were welcomed in the BARNES lodge during the 4 days of the tournament.
