- The maximum building footprint is limited to 10% of the total plot area.

Building height :
- Maximum authorised height to the eaves: 7 metres
- Maximum overall height: 9 metres

Green space and biotope coefficient :
- A minimum of 55% of the plot must remain as natural green space.
- The Biotope Coefficient is set at a minimum of 65% of the total plot area.
