VILLA WITH STUNNING CIRCEO VIEW
The architecture of the villa takes full advantage of the multi-level nature of the land in which it is located, with each floor having its own independent entrance. It consists of three residential units and a turret. The main entrance has access to a large parking area for 5/6 cars, a table tennis area and a billiard table. MAIN UNIT (sleeps 10) The main block of the villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living area: a spacious eat-in kitchen from which one can access the outdoor area equipped with a barbeque and wood-burning oven. The dining room, with a working fireplace and access to the wonderful terrace with a table seating 12, chairs and outdoor seating area, motorised awning, a reading/tv area with a double sofa bed. On the basement floor, very bright and fully sea-view with access to the garden on both sides, there is a dining room and living room/tv room with double sofa bed and working fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, a room with bunk beds, two bathrooms with shower, a lovely kitchenette. SUPERIOR APARTMENT (sleeps 4) On the upper floor, accessible either by an external staircase or by the property's secondary gate, there is a terrace with table, sunshade and outdoor shower, from which one enters the flat. Inside there is a kitchenette, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. TORRETTA (sleeps 2) Situated on the same terrace as the Superior Apartment, it consists of a round double bedroom with a 140 sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. DEPANDANCE (sleeps 2) Approximately 20 metres from both units described above, the pretty Vietri-style dépendance consists of a kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and small terrace with table and sunshade. A small solarium and a parking space for a small car are available for guests. The property is completed by a wellness area, including Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and panoramic Jacuzzi. THE GARDEN Carefully tended, the garden is mainly characterised by Mediterranean maquis (pines, holm oaks, cacti, prickly pears and palms) and extends over the entire area. THE SWIMMING POOL The pool is curved (11 x 7), 1.5 m to 2 m deep and equipped with ladders. Covered in PVC and with chlorine purification, it is lit for night swimming. Its surrounding area is equipped with comfortable deckchairs, sunbeds and a table with chairs and umbrella, an outdoor shower, toilet, and a bar corner with refrigerator. It is open and usable from the last week of May until the end of September. THE SOLARIUM The facility has a solarium area close to the swimming pool and immersed in the greenery of the garden, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a wooden platform with a direct view of the sea.
