Art deco brushed brass switches and mechanisms have been installed, as well as classically styled engraved iron radiators. The apartment has air conditioning / heat pump through high-end ducts (Daikin) and light points enabled on the ceiling to install a domestic surveillance circuit. The apartment is part of a stately estate from the mid-20th century, with only one owner per floor. It is accessed through two main elevators that connect to a private lobby of the floor and a third service elevator that connects with the access to the kitchen.
