It is a project of 220 luxury 3-bedroom en-suite villas on 73 hectares around an 18-hole golf course. Construction of the first phase is expected to begin in early 2023 and be completed within three years. Phases 2 and 3 will follow with 78 and 61 units respectively. Phase 2 will be accompanied by the construction of the last 9 holes of the course. Each phase is expected to be completed within three years of the start of marketing.

Three villa models with an actual built-up area of more than 400 m² are offered on plots with an average size of 2,000 m².
