Nestled in a wild environment in the heart of the ski area and 200m from the heart of the resort, the Chalet Sorbier overlooks Méribel and benefits from an exceptional location with its south terrace and its breathtaking view of the peaks. Surrounded by authentic chalets, it is a magical and unique place sheltered from prying eyes, to experience a fabulous timeless stay. Comfortable and warm on 3 levels (160m2), with a splendid fireplace, it offers a beautiful bright living room with elegant rustic open kitchen and intimate bedrooms.

Located in the heart of the 3 valleys (Courchevel, Méribel, Menuires - Val Thorens), in the most exceptional district of Méribel. At the end of a snow-covered pedestrian dead end, it is located directly in the middle of the slopes, and yet a few steps from the center of the resort (Olympic park: ice rink, swimming pool, climbing wall, etc.) and the start of the ski lifts (La Chaudanne, ESF ski lessons). All shops are within walking distance within a radius of 300 meters (general food, bakery, butcher, ski rental, restaurants).

When you arrive, the discovery of this corner of paradise is magical, almost unreal in the middle of snow-covered trees and facing the peaks, without a car.

Fitted out with top-of-the-range noble materials (old wood, household appliances, solid oak table, etc.) to make you feel \"at home\", this is one of the resort's historic chalets allowing you to fully enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere, unlike the impersonal apartments that have been mass-produced for 20 years. On the floor, a real exceptional raw Loze stone, in front of a splendid fireplace for convivial and warm evenings.

The chalet measures 160 m2, it is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate 10 people without feeling cramped.

- On the upper floor, 2 large, very independent bedrooms (king size beds 180x190) separated from each other by the central access staircase. With their \"dressing room\", they also have a bathroom with shower, bath and separate WC. Each of these rooms has a view of the heart of Méribel, La Chaudanne. They face south and are very bright. One of them has a large desk in solid old oak, ideal for quiet teleworking, as well as an upright piano for music lovers.

- On the main floor, a large living room with its corner sofa which can comfortably accommodate everyone at the same time and overlooks a magnificent fireplace for cozy, convivial and memorable evenings. Several fur throws are of course at your disposal. Facing the sofa, next to the fireplace, a large TV screen connected to the usual streaming services (netflix, amazon video, etc.: all you have to do is enter your personal identifiers).
A large entrance allows everyone's belongings to be left, with an individual locker for helmets / gloves / etc.

- On the lower floor, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds 140x190, and 1 with 2 single beds 90x190) each with bathroom with shower and WC.

From the upper rooms or the terrace, the chalet has a breathtaking view of Mont Vallon, but also the historic Olympic track of Méribel, which will again be used for the world championships. Perfect for jumping demonstrations and torchlight descents by ESF instructors, you have a ringside seat/!

On the terrace, deckchairs are available for a break in the sun après-ski or in the middle of the day, \"like in a mountain restaurant\" if you come back for lunch (skiing on your feet, it's easy!), or for those who prefers to hang out at the chalet and rest there. In summer, a barbecue is also available. A large table allows you to take your meals outside when the weather permits, facing south and facing the peaks.

Equipped with 4K HD TV, Apple TV and top-of-the-range Sonos bluetooth/wifi music speakers, free and unlimited wifi, games for young and old, and very functional, you immediately feel at home. A piano is also freely available for musicians. A washing machine and dryer is available for free, as well as a baby cot.

Books in English or French are freely accessible, as well as many board games for all ages. The living room opens onto a magnificent renovated open kitchen.
