Fresco vaulted ceilings and a dining room with a large stone fireplace dating back to the 17th century set the stage for the perfect dinner party . A spacious fully equipped kitchen with working fireplace, a conveniently located laundry and an elegant powder room. The First floor has five large double bedrooms with stunning views of the Lake and the gardens. There are three bright and charming marble bathrooms and two living quarters leading to the large and fully equipped terrace directly connected to the garden. Off the garden terrace there is an additional entrance allowing direct access to the old village The boathouse is fully equipped with every modern comfort: a modern kitchenette, a green marble bathroom, two sofa beds, tv, wifi, a private dock and a large, comfortable solarium.
