A true treat, Christian Seignouret, Director of BARNES Hauts-de-Seine Ouest, gave us the inside scoop on the property market in the communes of West Hauts-de-Seine, just outside the capital.

Right out the gate, Christian Seignouret comments on migration patterns and notes an increasing influx of Parisians and 'Neuilléens' who have abandoned their apartments for cities west of Paris, north of Rueil-Malmaison, and south of Sceaux and its park. So it’s extremely rare to see residents of West Hauts-de-Seine return to Paris.
