A 19th-century luxury mansion, located on the western shore of upper Lake Como for exclusive Lake Como vacations. Always owned by the Marquises of Rozzano, it is a symbol of excellence and Italian style and is the ideal place for lovers of romance and tranquility. The interiors are of unparalleled beauty: mosaic floors, turned wooden staircases, 18th-century statues and frescoes and late 19th-century paintings. On the ground floor opens the spacious foyer, embellished with a splendid 18th-century polychrome marble fireplace, which leads, to the dining room and living room. The room is very bright thanks to its open location, overlooking the lake, and large windows. On the same floor: a bedroom, with related bathroom for people with reduced mobility, a professional kitchen, a laundry room, a service bathroom and an entertainment room. On the second floor: two double rooms, lake view, each with a bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi (whirlpool) tub, another double room, and a fitness room with Technogym equipment. On the upper floor is a large veranda, lake view, with large windows, equipped with American-style pool table and children's entertainment corner, two more double rooms with private bathroom.
