A simple and linear structure, soft and relaxing colors, a large flat garden with pine forest, the small \"private\" sandy beach and the magnificent view of the sea and the island of Tavolara give to the hosts a deep sense of peace and relaxation in touch with nature.

The villa has a round shape and a contemporary style; it has an area of about 180 square meters and is distributed over two floors.

On the first floor there is the warm and comfortable living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a walk-in closet and an independent exit.

On the ground floor there are three other double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and independent exit to the garden, and another bedroom with a bunk bed and private bathroom. Technical room with washing machine and an extra fridge.

The outdoor terrace, on which the living room overlooks, is the best place to spend hours of true relaxation, with a spectacular view.
