The villa has a round shape and a contemporary style; it has an area of about 180 square meters and is distributed over two floors.

On the first floor there is the warm and comfortable living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a walk-in closet and an independent exit.
