The building can be found in district VI, in the highly prestigious area of Terézváros located close to Andrássy street, as a World Heritage Site, in a nice environment. Building 'A': does not have any independent utility supply, heating and utility supply connected a neighboring real estate. The special design of the building reflects the previous functions.
