Ménerbes, 6 Bedrooms - 473 m² House for sale

Located just a few kilometres from Ménerbes, in the heart of the Luberon vineyards, this historic property, built in 1763 and fully restored, offers approximately 470 sqm of living space set within 3.5 hectares of grounds.

Accessed via a cypress-lined driveway, the property enjoys open views over the surrounding countryside. The estate features an olive grove with approximately 300 trees, a heated 12 × 6 metre outdoor swimming pool and several vineyard plots.

Two hectares are planted with Viognier grapes. A further 18 rows are home to a collection of international grape varieties, including Primitivo, Zinfandel, Crljenak Kaštelanski and Plavac Mali. This distinctive feature reflects the owner's passion for wine and gives the estate a unique identity.

The farmhouse is arranged around a 150 sqm courtyard featuring a fountain, a 17th-century well, a traditional bread oven and a pizza oven by Stefano Ferrara Napoli.

The interiors combine period character with carefully executed renovation. The dining room, with its impressive ceiling height and arched glazed doors, opens onto the courtyard. The fully fitted Provençal kitchen features a fireplace and a separate utility kitchen with independent access. The reception rooms extend onto an east-facing terrace overlooking the vineyards. A more intimate sitting room with a fireplace completes the living areas.

The property offers six bedrooms, five of which have en-suite bathrooms. The 30 sqm principal suite features a 15 sqm bathroom with a hammam shower.

An indoor wellness area includes a heated 5 × 3 metre swimming pool and a sauna, complementing the outdoor leisure facilities.
