This historic shipowner’s house, set over three floors, features 6 bedrooms accommodating up to 11 guests, 5 bathrooms — including one entirely decorated with seashells by the renowned architect Jacques Garcia — a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 living rooms. One of the lounges, located on the top floor, offers breathtaking views over the harbour and the ocean.

Outside, La Bastide boasts a large west-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny moments of relaxation, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden. As a true luxury highlight, the garden features the only swimming spot on the islet: a 3.5-metre heated swim spa.

A post-beach or post-spa shower room completes this charming outdoor space. It is topped with a rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunset over the harbour.
