from € 23,750 / week
Set within expansive grounds between San Rafael and Ibiza Town, this six-bedroom rental villa offers rare privacy while remaining close to the island’s capital. Beautifully restored, it blends traditional Ibicencan character with relaxed contemporary comfort.
Inside, exposed brick walls, Sabina beams and natural textures honour the villa’s heritage. Arranged around a central courtyard, the living spaces flow effortlessly outdoors. Walls of glass flood the lounge, kitchen and dining areas with light, while sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Terraces are designed for long, sun-soaked days, complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining area and shaded pergola. A turquoise swimming pool provides welcome relief from the heat, while the wider grounds reveal an outdoor gym, tennis court and even an organic farm with chickens.
Six bedrooms continue the refined rustic feel. Two principal suites feature en suite bathrooms, while four further bedrooms share two shower rooms, creating a peaceful retreat for family and guests alike.
