Mansion with swimming pool and wine cellar next to mineral springs
We present a magnificent mansion in an area with warm mineral water near a future golf course. The location is in the middle of a broad-leaved forest massif, 500 m above sea level in the foothills of the Eastern Rhodopes, at the foot of Aida Mount. The town of Haskovo is 26 km away, and nearby is the village of Mineralni Bani - a balneological resort, one of the best for rest in Bulgaria. The residential part consists of 5 double rooms with south exposure, each of which has a bathroom and a terrace, as well as two spacious studios with panoramic terraces. Each of the studios has a bathroom and a small box. The yard is landscaped with various types of exotic vegetation and has a pond with water lilies and ornamental fish. By the pool there is a summer bar and relaxation areas with a breathtaking view. A wine cellar is located under the terrace of the bar on an area of 310 sq.m. The fence of the property is massive, lined with Ivaylovgrad gneiss. The climate is characterized by mild winters, warm summers and long autumns, which favors the development of tourism in all seasons. The area is suitable for hunting, it is known for its fertile vineyards, quality grape varieties and good wine, and the mineral water is the most valuable natural wealth - unique in its chemical composition and properties, 57 degrees Celsius. The property offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Thracian lowlands. In the village there are two equestrian centers for horse riding lovers, a golf course is under construction.
