The building complex consists of a historic cellar built in the early 1800s, a guest house, a winery, and another property built in the 60s that is currently used for vacationers. Plot size: 8,000 m2 1. Princely House of Eszterházy: Basement: 600 m2 Ground floor: 800 m2 Attic: 600 m2 2. Building used as a holiday home: Ground floor: 500 m2 Gallery: 70 m2 (Interior height: 8.2 m) The cellar was built of period bricks, a real curiosity, and was in use until the 90s. In terms of its technical capacity, it meets the expectations of a modern winery. All utilities were built in accordance with industry standards. The basement was designed in such a way that it can be entered by car from one part of the plot. The ducal manor and farm building was built with architectural techniques appropriate to its time. The ground floor is characterized by extremely massive, thick walls, vaulted solutions, and a high ceiling. The roof structure is in good condition. The pitch and height of the roof allow for a duplex installation. The windows of the building overlook the basalt organs in Badacsony and Lake Balaton.
